具体步骤：
1、登陆到服务器；
2、查看当前系统默认的php版本
[root@zydp panel]# /usr/bin/php -v
PHP 7.0.33 (cli) (built: Apr 2 2019 17:37:02) ( NTS )
Copyright (c) 1997-2017 The PHP Group
Zend Engine v3.0.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2017 Zend Technologies
3、备份当前的系统默认的php版本
[root@zydp panel]# mv /usr/bin/php /tmp/php_back
4、设置自己需要的php版本作为系统默认的php版本
cp /www/server/php/73/bin/php /usr/sbin/php&&chmod +x /usr/sbin/php
5、查看此时php的版本
/usr/sbin/php -v
PHP 7.3.3 (cli) (built: Mar 26 2019 21:25:47) ( NTS )

Zend Engine v3.3.3, Copyright (c) 1998-2018 Zend Technologies
